Are you a Sales Coach who is ready to work with America's Best Retailer 2024 for Hearing Care? The role of a Sales Coach is to be a mentor, motivator, and guide for the sales team. The efforts of this position should be geared towards improving the skills, confidence, and overall performance of our staff.

Highlights:

  • Coordinate and organize Leadership team coaching sessions.
  • Monitor KPIs and goals for areas of improvement.
  • Coach, monitoring KPIs for follow-up to identify areas for coaching.
  • Schedule and coordinate and conduct coaching sessions.
  • Hold staff accountable for their performance. Exercise Progressive Discipline to hold employees accountable.
  • Conduct Sales Training for new hires.
  • Assist Leadership team with current staff sales training and team coaching.
  • Coordinate, conduct and follow-up on sales training.
  • Respond to price, deposit, and return questions.
  • Handle customer concerns.
  • Cover and answer questions directed to the Sales Department email.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Must have a High School Diploma or a GED.
  • Experience: Office and Sales; Hearing Industry Experience Preferred
  • TECHNOLOGY SKILLS Electronic mail software- Microsoft Outlook, Collaboration software- Microsoft Teams Word processing software- Word, Excel, General CRM Software
  • Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist

  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
