Position Overview

At Landmark Roofing, we believe the best sales teams are built through exceptional coaching, not traditional management. Were seeking an outstanding Sales Coach & Performance Leader who is passionate about developing people, elevating performance, and helping sales professionals achieve their full potential. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, working directly alongside the Residential and Commercial sales representatives through ride-alongs, role-playing, training, mentorship, and real-time coaching. Rather than leading from behind a desk, youll be actively involved in helping team members improve their presentations, communication skills, objection handling, and closing abilities while creating a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.

As a key member of the Management Team, you will oversee the development and performance of Landmark Roofings sales organization, helping recruit, train, and develop top talent while implementing processes that drive results. The ideal candidate is a coach, teacher, motivator, and leader who is committed to building confident, high-performing sales professionals and helping Landmark Roofing become the most respected and well-trained roofing sales organization in the industry.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop Residential and Commercial sales representatives.
  • Conduct daily sales training sessions and ongoing skill development workshops.
  • Ride along with sales representatives in the field to provide real-time coaching and mentorship.
  • Help salespeople improve presentations, objection handling, closing techniques, and customer communication.
  • Lead role-playing exercises, call reviews, and sales practice sessions.
  • Build and implement sales processes that drive consistent performance and growth.
  • Create accountability through coaching, development, and leadership rather than micromanagement.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Project Estimators in securing business and strengthening client relationships.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and reinforce data accountability across the sales organization.
  • Report performance trends and team development progress to the Leadership Team.

Competitive base salary plus performance incentives.

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with 1 - hour lunch break)
  • Based at Landmark Roofing HQ, with significant field time for ride-alongs, coaching, and client visits.
