Successful luxury spa seeking a highly motivated and passionate Spa Sales Coach to join our talented team and growing spa. Strong growth opportunity with our company, as this position will develop into management of multiple locations in the Indy market.
Our Leadership Team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a team-oriented environment. The Spa Sales Coach is vital in helping achieve this goal, as they will motivate and organize our team of over 75 employees to achieve membership and sales goals.
This is a full-time sales position driven by a solid compensation base, commissions and annual bonuses. The ideal candidate for this job will possess strong sales, communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications as follows:
  • 2-4 years management experience in retail/sales
  • Membership sales experience
  • Ability to drive team to achieve sales goals
