As a Sales Team Leader, you will support the Sales Management team in leading daily sales operations, developing team members, and ensuring that they achieve sales goals and customer service standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support daily sales operations and help guide dealership performance.
  • Work with the team to assist customers and ensure a seamless buying experience.

  • Conduct inventory and lot walks to maintain product knowledge and vehicle presentation.
