The Commercial Sales Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, development, and performance of the Commercial Inside Sales team. Reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales, this role focuses on driving sales effectiveness, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting operational excellence across the Commercial business. The Commercial Sales Supervisor provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to Inside Sales Representatives while partnering with Sales, Operations, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Branch leadership to support business objectives. The successful candidate will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

  Team Leadership & Development
  • Provide daily leadership, coaching, and support to Commercial Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions, and employee development activities.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Reinforce performance expectations and support career development opportunities.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive team culture aligned with JELD-WEN values.
  Sales Execution & Customer Support
  • Support the team in achieving sales, service, and productivity objectives.
  • Monitor team activities and workflow to ensure timely and accurate customer support.
