We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Sales Support Supervisor to lead our Sales Support team and help drive operational excellence across the sales organization. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales support, customer operations, or revenue operations professional ready to grow their leadership responsibilities while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations.
As a key member of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Legal to improve processes, support efficient deal execution, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will directly lead a team of 12 employees (8 Sales Support Specialists, 3 Key Account Support Specialists, and 1 CPQ Analyst), fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

As our Sales Support Supervisor, you will:
People Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Support, Key Account Support, and CPQ professionals.
  • Drive performance, accountability, employee development, and ongoing coaching through regular feedback and 1-on-1s.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives that build team capability and sales support expertise.

Quoting & Operational Excellence
  • Oversee quote preparation and review, serving as the escalation point and final reviewer for complex quoting, pricing, and policy compliance matters.
  • Manage and enhance sales support processes, reporting, and tools, including Salesforce, Qvidian, and CPQ platforms.
  • Monitor key operational metrics, service levels, and workflow efficiency while driving continuous process improvements.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Training
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Legal to support efficient deal execution and resolve operational challenges.
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives while driving adoption of sales support processes, tools, and best practices.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Sales Support Supervisor:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, customer operations, revenue operations, quoting, order management, or a related B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through supervision, mentoring, training, project leadership, or cross-functional ownership.
  • Experience with CRM, quoting, proposal, or CPQ platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $70,500 - $100,300 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
