Are you passionate about developing sales talent and helping sellers achieve their full potential across diverse global markets?

Do you thrive on coaching sales professionals, influencing performance, and driving measurable business impact through practical, real-world sales expertise?

About our Team

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, which serves customers in more than 150 countries with 11,800 employees worldwide, is part of RELX (http://www.relx.com), a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers. We provide global news, business insights, media intelligence, and risk compliance data to corporations, researchers, and financial institutions. Our company has been a long-time leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market to improve productivity and transform the overall business and practice of law, deploying ethical and powerful generative AI solutions with a flexible, multi-model approach that prioritizes using the best model from today's top model creators for each individual legal use case. About the Role

As a Sales Skills Coach, you will help elevate sales performance across a global sales organisation by coaching sellers at every stage of their career, from mid-market representatives to enterprise and strategic account executives. This hands-on role combines practical sales expertise, coaching excellence, and data-driven development to build capability, reinforce winning behaviours, and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify skill gaps, behavioural development opportunities, and coaching priorities alongside sales and business unit leaders
  • Translate business goals into coaching initiatives grounded in data, call reviews, and observed performance trends
  • Design scalable coaching programmes with Sales Enablement and subject matter experts
  • Build frameworks for continuous learning - micro-learning, role play, deal simulations, call coaching
  • Refine strategies based on performance data, learner feedback, and shifting business priorities
  • Deliver one-on-one and small group coaching remotely to sellers at all levels
  • Engage credibly on complex, multi-stakeholder deals, adding genuine insight, not generic frameworks
  • Reinforce selling behaviours in the flow of work: on calls, in deal reviews, and during pipeline conversations

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in B2B technology sales with carried quota
  • Experience selling or coaching complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, and high-value opportunities
  • Track record of developing sales professionals formally or informally as a senior seller or team lead
  • Deep fluency in sales methodologies such as Outcomes Selling, Challenger, MEDDICC, or SPIN
  • Ability to coach experienced senior sellers, earning credibility quickly and adding meaningful value
  • Experience working with or across global sales teams, with an understanding of how selling norms and buyer behaviours differ by region
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience across both enterprise/strategic and mid-market sales environments
  • Familiarity with AI tools, proficiency with Office 365, and coaching certification are advantageous
