Job description

Curves of Tacoma is accepting resumes. If you are energetic and interested in fitness, sales and customer service, this job is for you. The Curves Coach reports to the franchisee and is responsible for helping members build a healthy lifestyle; guiding members toward their goals, supporting them each step of the way and celebrating every victory.

Coaches are expected to meet all performance expectations, service standards,and operational procedures. Coaches must be motivated by a commission based pay structure. This is a sales position.

Paid training.Service is the cornerstone of our organization. Coaches spend the majority of their time on the circuit coaching members, making sales presentations and providing weight loss consultations. He/she will assist with brand confidence by ensuring safety, promoting member engagement, and making outgoing calls to members and guests

They inspire members to change their lives through positive reinforcement of goals, motivation and genuinely celebrating success. Performance of service focused tasks includes: Building custom solutions to encourage member retention. Participating in any in-club promotions.

Conducting Monthly Coaching Sessions, review/set new goals. Completing outgoing MIA calls and customer checks. Completing the process for membership renewals and cancellations.

Coaches may be needed to assist in emergency situations by thinking on their feet, calling 911 and/or administering first aid/CPR. State law may require CPR certification. Curves coaches must believe in the Curves program and have a passion for helping others meet their fitness and/or weight loss goals.
