As a Sales Coach, you will help drive global sales performance by facilitating onboarding and in-role development, delivering 1:1 and cohort-based coaching, and strengthening the quality of sales conversations across all Client Groups. You will partner with managers and sales leaders to support associate readiness, build role-specific competencies, and use AI-enabled coaching tools to scale practice, feedback, and development of worldwide talent.

  • You will facilitate onboarding and recurring development programs for sales associates across roles, sites, and regions.

  • You will deliver competency-based 1:1 coaching using structured intake, coaching plans, observations, manager alignment, and scorecard reviews.

  • You will coach associates through the full sales conversation, including openings, discovery, storytelling, product positioning, objection handling, and closing.

  • You will apply established coaching frameworks and playbooks to create consistency, accountability, and measurable behavior change.

  • You will partner with managers as a consultative third party, reinforcing manager ownership while supporting associate development.

  • You will design and refine coaching scenarios that reflect real sales situations, and help associates build confidence and readiness.

  • You bring sales credibility, facilitation expertise, investment acumen, executive presence, adaptability, and curiosity for how AI can enhance coaching and development.

  • You will have 3+ years in sales, sales enablement, sales coaching, training, or advisor-facing role at a financial services or asset management firm with a proven ability to influence sales performance and drive behavior change.

  • You have a SIE, Series 7, and Series 66. If you aren't currently licensed, you must obtain them within the first 60 days of hire.

  • You will hold a bachelor's degree with an advanced degrees or industry designations (CIMA, CAIA, CFP, or equivalent) preferred.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,909-$201,454

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
