Job description

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Prior production supervisory experience preferred.

Supervising the day-to-day workflow of our nonexempt team who assemble component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, packaging or completed units, the Senior Manufacturing Coach Specialist will review production schedules, materials, and manpower resources in order to assign employees to maximize production objectives, maintaining quality and attaining output requirements. You’ll inform assigned employees of production and material problems and coordinate with support groups to resolve problems affecting schedules. It’s a challenge that will put your talent in the spotlight.
