The Production Team Leader is responsible for the utilization and supervision of employees within assigned work areas. This role involves direct supervision and coordination of the team's daily tasks on the production floor. The Team Leader assigns tasks, monitors progress, and provide feedback, serving as a link between Supervisors and team member reporting on progress and addressing any issues that may arise during a shift. What You Will Do:
