Position Overview
We are currently seeking a hands-on and people-oriented 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a well-established food manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating daily production operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and supporting a team of up to 30 hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with general plant safety, food safety, food defense protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Supervise, train, and coach hourly production staff and leads.
- Monitor and manage production processes, including time, temperature, and procedural controls.
- Enforce company policies and operational standards.
- Utilize data and KPIs to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate workflow and communication with other departments and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records for safety, quality, production output, and personnel-related activities.
- Conduct internal audits and quality checks as required.
- Take necessary action to uphold food safety and quality system certifications.
- Report and resolve issues that may impact food safety or product quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous food manufacturing experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop production staff.
- Working knowledge of KPIs and experience in tracking and improving performance metrics.
