$20$30/hr | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

We run youth sports programs across 40+ sites in Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, and Herndon basketball, soccer, tennis, cheer, flag football, lacrosse, and more. We need a Lead Instructor who can walk into any program, pick up the curriculum, and run an exceptional class.

If you're the kind of coach who thrives on variety and can command a room of K-6th graders in any sport, this is your job.

What you'll do:

Lead after-school and weekend sports classes across multiple locations and sports

Coach sports skills, drills, and practice games to the students.

Manage your class independently setup, instruction, dismissal

Serve as the go-to coach for sites that need experienced coverage

Lead a class from 10-20 elementary kids (1-2 coaches per class)

What we're looking for:

Multi-sport background you don't need to be elite, you need to be versatile

Strong classroom management with kids ages 6-13

Highly reliable lead instructors are the last line of coverage

Professional, punctual, and self-sufficient

Must pass background check + fingerprinting

Has a car for reliable transportation across DMV sites

Pay & Schedule:

$25$30/hr to start based on experience

35 days/week depending on availability and season

Year-round work available for the right candidate
