Job description

Regional Sales Manager

Renken Remodeling is a leading bathroom remodeling company specializing in one-day bath transformations and custom designs across multiple states. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of in-home Bathroom Design Consultants (sales reps) who meet with homeowners in their homes to design and sell bath remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of in-home Bathroom Design Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Own regional sales results: forecast demand, build sales plans, set quotas, and manage performance by market, team, and individual rep.
  • Run daily/weekly sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions focused on close rates, financing utilization, average ticket, and revenue per lead.
  • Conduct regular in-home ride-alongs and virtual shadowing to improve presentation quality, pricing discipline, and adherence to Renken's sales process.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the in-home design and sales process, including needs analysis, product selection, design presentation, proposal, and close.
  • Partner with Marketing and the Call Center to maximize show rate, demo rate, and lead-to-sale conversion across all sources.
  • Monitor regional KPIs and dashboards (close %, average sale, cancellations, financing approval rate, and gross margin) and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new Design Consultants to support growth and backfill underperforming markets.
  • Train and reinforce best practices in in-home selling, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Installation leadership to ensure sold jobs are installable, profitable, and aligned with capacity in each market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (home shows, events, referral partners) to support lead generation and brand presence.
  • Uphold Renken Remodeling's standards for professionalism, integrity, and 5-star customer experiences in every home.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful B2C in-home sales experience in home improvement, remodeling, or a closely related industry; bath/kitchen remodeling strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing a field sales team, preferably across multiple territories or locations.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, improving close rates, and lifting team performance through coaching.
  • Strong understanding of the in-home sales cycle, consumer financing, and high-ticket residential projects.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret reports and KPIs and translate them into clear action plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and hold a sales team accountable.
  • Comfortable with technology: CRM systems, digital contracts, tablets, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region (up to 50–70%) for ride-alongs, market visits, training, and sales events.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives/bonuses tied to regional sales results.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits, plus paid time off and holidays (per company policy).
  • Ongoing training, leadership development, and clear opportunities for advancement as the company grows.
