Scale Sales Team is expanding and looking for motivated remote sales professionals to join our organization. We're hiring both appointment setters and sales closers who enjoy helping business owners solve real problems and who thrive in a results-driven environment.
Unlike many sales opportunities, you'll be speaking with prospects who have already expressed interest and booked time to learn more. Your focus is on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct virtual sales conversations by phone or Zoom with interested prospects
  • Learn about each prospect's goals, challenges, and current situation
  • Recommend solutions that align with their needs
  • Handle questions and concerns professionally throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records and notes inside our CRM
  • Contribute to team revenue goals and performance targets
