What is the difference between Christian Remote Sales vs Christian Inside Sales?

AspectChristian Remote SalesChristian Inside Sales

CredentialsSales experience, Christian valuesSales experience, Christian values
Industry UsageSales roles with Christian organizations

Christian Remote Sales focuses on sales roles performed remotely, often with Christian organizations, emphasizing independence and flexibility. Christian Inside Sales typically involves inside sales positions within a company, possibly in an office setting. Both roles require sales skills and Christian values but differ mainly in work environment and setup.

What unique challenges might I face working in Christian remote sales, and how can I overcome them?

In Christian remote sales, one common challenge is building trust and rapport with clients without face-to-face interaction, while also ensuring that your approach aligns with Christian values. To overcome this, it's important to communicate authentically, demonstrate integrity in every interaction, and use video calls when possible to personalize the experience. Additionally, being proactive in understanding client needs and maintaining regular follow-ups can help foster strong relationships. Collaborating closely with team members through virtual meetings and sharing best practices can also support your success in a remote setting.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Christian Remote Sales professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Christian Remote Sales professional, you need strong sales acumen, product knowledge, and ideally experience in faith-based markets, often supported by a background in business or sales. Familiarity with CRM software, video conferencing tools, and digital sales platforms is typically required. Exceptional interpersonal communication, integrity, and the ability to build trust with clients, especially within Christian communities, are key soft skills. These skills ensure you can effectively connect with your target audience, maintain ethical standards, and achieve sales goals in a remote, values-driven environment.

What is a Christian Remote Sales job?

A Christian Remote Sales job involves selling products or services—often faith-based or family-friendly—while working from a remote location such as your home. Professionals in this field typically represent organizations or businesses that align with Christian values and may focus on outreach to churches, ministries, or Christian consumers. The core responsibilities include identifying leads, making sales calls, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets, all while upholding ethical standards consistent with Christian beliefs. This job is ideal for those who want to combine their sales skills with their faith, and who value flexible, remote work environments.

Job description

Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Remote | Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission
Inbound Leads Provided — No Cold Calling Paid List for Prospecting
About EIDLexit
EIDLexit is a fast-growing company built on Christian values that helps small business owners resolve their SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) debt. We believe every person is made in the image of God and deserves honest guidance during one of the most difficult financial seasons of their life. We operate with integrity, serve with compassion, and hold ourselves accountable to a standard that goes beyond business metrics. Our team has helped thousands of business owners, our inbound lead volume grows every month, and we need people who can keep up with the demand.
The Opportunity
Every lead is inbound. These are business owners actively searching for help with a high-stress financial problem who have already raised their hand. High answer rates and response rates because they need our help.
As a SDR, you are the first person a prospective client speaks with. You will qualify inbound leads, schedule consultations, and position the sale. This is a sales role, not just an appointment-setting job. You’ll learn to present our solution, handle objections, and eventually close your own deals.
This role is the training ground to become an EIDL Resolution Consultants (ERCs), the senior closers on our team. ERCs don’t qualify or schedule their own leads; they host consultations that are prepped and set for them, then close the deal. Every ERC starts as an SDR. Hit your KPIs, and the typical path to promotion is four to six months.
Our SDRs are trained in a consultative methodology rooted in tactical empathy, not just scripts and high-pressure tactics. You’ll build real sales skills that build a foundation for a successful career in High-Ticket Remote Sales.
What You’ll Do
  • Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.  You are the first voice a prospective client will hear, and you set the tone for the entire experience.
  • Qualify prospects through structured discovery: confirm business and loan details, individual client goals, and if they’re a fit for our services.
  • Schedule and confirm consultations, set expectations, and ensure clients are prepared for their meeting.
  • Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accurate data, detailed notes, and clean records.
  • Follow up with no shows, re-engage unresponsive leads, and maximize show rates.
A Day in the Life
Morning: Prioritize and respond to your inbound leads. Confirm upcoming consultations and brief the ERC team members.
Midday: Work your pipeline by qualifying new leads, schedule consultations, and pre-handle objections. As you progress, a dedicated portion of your day will transition to running your own appointments and closing deals.
Afternoon: Retarget untapped leads, follow up on no-shows, push for rebooks. Update HubSpot. Finish the day with a clean pipeline and a plan for tomorrow.
Training & Advancement
Three weeks of dedicated, paid training on our services, CRM systems, and selling methodology before you take a live lead (can be fast-tracked). SDRs who consistently hit KPIs become eligible for promotion to ERC (typically within three to six months).
Compensation
Base salary plus commission. On-target earnings: $57,420 $64,980 per year depending on performance. ERC-level compensation is a significant step up—high-performing ERCs earn well above the SDR range.

  • Paid training from Day 1
  • Paid time off plus company holidays
  • Clear promotion path with increasing compensation at every level
Who We’re Looking For
  • Someone who wants to be in sales, not just passing through it. You’re here to build a skillset for closing deals.
  • Coachable, competitive, and hungry. You take feedback, apply it, and come back better.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional, warm phone presence.
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment. Nobody is going to micromanage you.
  • Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus) and collaborating via Microsoft Teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes consistently.
  • Mission-aligned: EIDLexit is rooted in Christian values, and we’re looking for people who share a heart for serving others with integrity and compassion.
  • Prior SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting experience is a plus but not required. Communication skills, work ethic and coachability matter most.
This Role Is Not For You If…
  • You want an appointment-setting job where you never have to sell.
  • You can’t commit to learning and following a structured methodology.
  • You struggle with accountability in a remote environment.
  • You’re not comfortable talking to people in stressful financial situations. Empathy isn’t optional.
  • You’re just looking for a paycheck. We’re building something meaningful.
Position Details
  • Full-Time Employee  | 100% Remote
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time
  • Must have a reliable computer with webcam (you will be on video via Microsoft Teams), stable internet, and a quiet, professional workspace
Why EIDLexit
  • Every lead is inbound. No cold calling, no chasing people who don’t want to hear from you.
  • Defined career path from SDR to Closer with training and increasing comp at every stage.
  • Professional sales training in tactical empathy—not high-pressure scripts. Real skills that transfer anywhere.
  • Three weeks of dedicated, paid training before you ever take a live lead.
  • A mission that matters. You’re helping small business owners resolve a major financial burden and move forward with their lives.
  • A faith-driven culture built on integrity, service, and doing right by people. Our Christian values are the foundation of how we lead, serve, and grow.
  • A fast-growing company where high performers are recognized, rewarded, and promoted.
