Job Description: Are you a driven closer who thrives in outside sales and wants to

control your own earning potential?

We are a rapidly expanding, top-tier roofing company that prides itself on quality workmanship

and exceptional customer service, and we are looking for hungry, self-motivated Home Improvement Sales

Reps to join our team.

As a Sales Representative with our team, you will be the face of our company in the field. You

will be responsible for generating leads, running appointments, inspecting roofs, and closing

deals directly with homeowners. If you are not afraid to knock on doors, climb on roofs, and ask

for the sale, you will thrive in this environment.


What You Will Do:

Prospect & Generate Leads: Actively canvass neighborhoods to build a pipeline of

potential customers.

Run Appointments: Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing needs and provide

tailored solutions.

Perform Inspections: Safely climb on roofs to assess conditions and identify necessary

replacements or repairs.

Close Deals: Present proposals, overcome objections, and close contracts in the home.

Manage Accounts: Maintain communication with the homeowner throughout the

installation process to ensure total satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

● Previous experience in outside sales, roofing sales, D2D canvassing, or home

improvement is highly preferred.

● A relentless drive to succeed and a "Hunter" mentality.

● Comfortable safely climbing ladders and walking on roofs.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
