Job Description:

We are seeking a Home Improvement exceptional Sales Manager Salesperson to join our RollShield team! You will receive all of your leads from the company. We pay weekly. All existing salesmen make over $100,000.00 annually.

We manufacture, sell and install all hurricane shutters, windows, doors, security shutters and Crimsafe Security, Hurricane screens, sunrooms, screen rooms, retractable solar, bug and hurricane screens. Our top earners make 150-250 k a year. We provide warm local leads! Uncapped Commision!! Monthly bonus and spiffs!!! Multiple divisions (Shutters, Patio, sunroom, windows and doors) Competive pay based on experience! We've been in business for over 23 years!

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Follow up and follow through with customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home improvement sales
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
