Position: Home Improvement Sales Manager

A rapidly growing roofing company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team. This role is ideal for a leader who can develop strong sales professionals and drive consistent revenue growth.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has a strong background in home improvement sales (preferably roofing)

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview and hire motivated in-home sales representatives
  • Train and coach team members on presentations, closing techniques, and handling objections
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics
  • Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing field coaching

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior services preferred)
