While both roles focus on improving sales performance, a Remote Sales Coach works closely with individual reps to enhance their skills through personalized coaching. In contrast, a Remote Sales Trainer develops and delivers training programs to groups, focusing on broader skill development. Understanding these differences helps job seekers find the right role aligned with their skills and career goals.

How does a remote sales coach typically structure their day to support multiple sales teams effectively?

A Remote Sales Coach often divides their day between one-on-one coaching sessions, group training webinars, and reviewing sales performance metrics. They use virtual tools to observe sales calls, provide real-time feedback, and share best practices. Regular communication with sales managers ensures that coaching aligns with team goals, while flexibility is key to accommodating different time zones and team schedules. This structure allows them to maintain strong relationships and drive performance improvements across distributed teams.

What is a remote sales coach?

A Remote Sales Coach is a professional who provides sales training, guidance, and support to sales teams or individuals from a remote location, rather than in-person. Their main role is to help improve sales skills, develop effective selling strategies, and boost overall sales performance through virtual coaching sessions, feedback, and performance analysis. Remote Sales Coaches use various digital tools to connect with clients, making their services accessible regardless of geographic location.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote sales coach, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Sales Coach, you need a strong background in sales techniques, coaching methodologies, and often prior experience in sales leadership or training roles. Familiarity with virtual communication platforms, CRM systems like Salesforce, and relevant sales coaching certifications are commonly required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals are vital soft skills for this role. These competencies are crucial for effectively developing remote sales teams, driving performance, and achieving organizational sales goals.

Job description

We're expanding our sales organization and looking for motivated sales professionals who know how to build trust, lead strong conversations, and turn qualified opportunities into clients.
Our team operates in the high-level sales and business-growth space, with experience in environments connected to well-known names such as Les Brown and Russell Brunson.
Today, we work with consultants, agencies, and digital businesses that want to grow revenue by improving their sales systems, developing stronger teams, and incorporating modern AI-assisted client acquisition strategies.
We're currently opening several positions for remote sales professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
Your focus is simple: have great conversations with prospects who are already interested in learning more about our services.
Depending on your role and experience, responsibilities may include:
- Taking scheduled sales calls through Zoom and phone
- Building rapport and identifying a prospect's goals, challenges, and needs
- Guiding qualified prospects toward the right solution
- Handling questions and objections confidently
- Following up with active opportunities when necessary
- Maintaining organized CRM records and pipeline notes
- Working toward individual and team performance goals
This is a sales position for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and producing measurable results.
We Handle the Prospecting
You won't spend your entire day searching for someone to talk to.
Our client acquisition infrastructure is already operating, allowing our salespeople to focus much more of their energy on actual conversations.
You'll have access to:
- Pre-scheduled and qualified appointments
- Established sales processes
- Lead-generation infrastructure
- AI-assisted marketing and prospecting systems
- Sales frameworks and ongoing support
- A performance-driven remote team
You Could Be a Strong Fit If You...
- Have experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or business development
- Are comfortable speaking with prospects over Zoom and phone
- Can follow a process while still sounding natural and conversational
- Take ownership of your numbers and results
- Are competitive and motivated by performance
- Can stay productive without someone constantly supervising you
- Are coachable and actively work to improve your sales ability
- Want an opportunity where increased production can lead to increased earnings
Remote sales experience is helpful, but we're ultimately looking for strong communicators with the right work ethic and performance mindset.
Applicants may be based in the United States or internationally.
Compensation & Opportunity
Compensation varies based on position, experience, and production.
Appointment Setting Roles
Typical starting earnings of approximately $1,000-$1,500 per week
Closing Roles
Typical starting earnings of approximately $2,000-$3,000 per week, with additional performance incentives available.
Top performers may have opportunities to increase their earning potential as their production and responsibilities grow.
What You Can Expect
You'll be joining a company that already has the systems, appointments, and infrastructure needed to support a remote sales organization.
We care about execution, accountability, continual improvement, and creating an environment where strong performers have room to grow.
If you're serious about sales and want to work with a team building modern client acquisition systems around the combination of great people, strong processes, and AI-supported technology, we'd like to hear from you.
Apply today to be considered for one of our available remote sales positions.
