We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our maintenance team and support the overall resident experience within our community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to all requests from the submittal process through the completion
  • Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Place service calls as required or directed by the manager
  • Maintain broad knowledge of company processes, procedures, and policies
  • Track and follow up on all outstanding work orders while providing exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate maintenance requests for tenants.
  • Prioritize schedules of maintenance staff.
  • Utilize property management software system to log and track work order requests.
  • Follow up with residents to ensure timely response and resolution of related issues.

  • gathering bids from vendors for multifamily management for projects around the community
  • walkthroughs of completed units to verify they are market-ready
  • walkthroughs of moved-out units to determine the work that needs to be completed by unit turn vendors
  • any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role and have a great phone personality
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Candidates should also be well organized and enjoy problem-solving
  • Experience and/or knowledge in Yardi is preferred but not required.
