What You'll Do
Support Project Success
  • Partner with Project Managers to keep projects organized, on schedule, and running efficiently.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate project activities, and track important milestones and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and electronic files.
  • Update project management systems, spreadsheets, and reports with current project information.

Be the Communication Hub
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members.
  • Coordinate communication between the office and field teams to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Follow up on outstanding action items and provide timely project updates.
  • Build positive relationships through professional phone and email communication.

Keep Operations Running Smoothly
  • Prepare reports, organize project files, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Assist with purchasing, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
