Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Maintaining and updating calendars, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.Â
- Informing relevant parties about schedule updates, changes, and cancellations.Â
- Balancing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.Â
- Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, finding solutions that minimize disruption.Â
- Monitoring scheduling metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on scheduling performance.Â

- High school diploma and 2 years related experience and training.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Knowledge of Design software; Project Management software's and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects accurately and on time for customers.Â
