Job Description

This position supports engineering projects by collaborating/assisting the Project Manager and engineering team in providing administrative project information as requested. Duties can include:

Project Number set-up in PPS (practical project steering) 

Update budget information in PPS

Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) list 

Assist in preparation of client proposals

Create project specific spreadsheets

Create task list from meetings for distribution to the project team for the project manager

Compile business reports

Recommend and maintain appropriate communication and protocol for questions related to the project

Produce and maintain RFI logs (request for information)

Initiate project related letters when requested

Assist in writing project reports with inserted photographs

Updating engineering specifications and changes.

Collect and distribute client bills and invoices.

 General administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred

2. 1-3 years previous administrative experience preferred. Applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirements.

3. Excel testing required

4.Candidates should possess problem-solving and analysis skills and should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft OneNote is desirable.
