Job Description
Position Summary
The Chief Sales Officer (Head of Global Sales) will be a transformative executive responsible for defining and executing our client's global sales strategy, with a mandate for hyper-growth and new business acquisition.
This leader will have full accountability for new client acquisition, cross-selling into a complex, multi-billion-dollar client ecosystem, pipeline health, and global sales performance. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the commercial future of a high-growth organization, drive direct enterprise engagement, and serve as a public-facing evangelist for the company's brand and capabilities. This is a highly visible, collaborative, and hands-on leadership role.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Growth
Leadership
1. Architect and execute a global sales strategy aligned with aggressive growth objectives.
2. Lead new business development (80% focus) while driving cross-selling into a large, established client portfolio (20%).
3. Define and track global revenue targets, pipeline metrics, and accountability standards across all regions and verticals.
4. Leverage proprietary ATS and AI-driven reporting to enable scalable, data-driven sales processes.
Go-to-Market & Enterprise Engagement
1. Design and execute scalable go-to-market frameworks for direct enterprise acquisition, leveraging global delivery capabilities.
2. Lead solution strategy for complex, multi-country, and enterprise-level staffing and workforce solutions.
3. Champion consultative selling and tailor messaging to executive audiences.
4. Be a visible industry leader-presenting publicly, representing the company at industry events, and evangelizing the value proposition.
Cross-Regional Leadership & Execution
1. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global sales team (currently six direct reports) across multiple regions and time zones.
2. Foster a collaborative, people-first, and high-integrity culture; emphasize teamwork, coaching, and professional growth.
3. Drive alignment with delivery, operations, finance, legal, and implementation teams for seamless global execution.
4. Promote global best-practice sharing and sales enablement consistency.
Pipeline Governance & Forecasting
1. Oversee a robust global pipeline, with disciplined CRM governance (Salesforce) to ensure forecasting accuracy and data integrity.
2. Lead recurring pipeline reviews and deploy corrective strategies across regions as needed.
3. Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to refine priorities.
