Position:
Manufacturing Project Associate
Job Description:
Join Arrow Electronics and help power world-class manufacturing operations. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Associate to support and lead high-impact initiatives across our Phoenix Integration Center. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of production, warehouse operations, and customer fulfillment-turning data into action and driving measurable results.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collects, enters, and organizes data and other information to support production and warehouse projects
  • Carries out basic analytic tasks; organizes materials for and provides draft inputs to written products such as project documentation, progress reports, and briefings.
  • May provide administrative support to projects and coordination of day-to-day project operations.
  • Customer order management, including production, warehouse, and transportation coordination.
  • Leading small cross functional projects.
  • Customer communications.
  • Production metric analysis and proactive project identification & leadership to resolve bottlenecks and improve processes.
  • Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
  • Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Creation of project related process documents.
  • Assist in training new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Typically requires a 2-year degree and 3-5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required.
  • Basic lean competencies are desired.
  • Project management experience is desired.
  • Power BI experience is a plus.
  • ERP or MRP experience is preferred.

Work Arrangement:
  • Fully In Office: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
