This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced engineering environment and is interested in building a long-term career in engineering project coordination and project management.

As an Engineering Assistant, you will work alongside experienced engineers and project managers to support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects. You'll gain hands‑on experience working with contractors, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams while developing a strong foundation in project execution, technical documentation, and engineering operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support engineers and project managers with day‑to‑day project activities.
  • Coordinate project schedules, action items, and follow‑ups to keep projects on track.

  • Organize project meetings, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
