Part-Time Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative
TruBlue Home Service Ally of Phoenix is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping a busy office running smoothly.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with phone calls, scheduling, estimates, and administrative support while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first call through project completion.
💼 What You'll Do:
• Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and outstanding customer service
• Schedule appointments and coordinate technician calendars
• Prepare and send customer estimates using our operating software
• Follow up with customers regarding estimates, appointments, and completed work
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and scheduling information
• Provide general administrative support for daily office operations
• Communicate effectively with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth job coordination
