Office Administrator - HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)

We are seeking a part-time Office Admin for our Prescott, AZ offices. Looking for a dependable, friendly, professional candidate.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Highly proficient skill in organization and functioning well in a team environment
  • Ability to navigate in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties:

  • Positive customer service is a key component of this position and a primary role
  • Professional and organization required in our fast-paced offices
  • Administration tasks as provided, working both independently and with colleagues
  • Processing community correspondence
  • Additional Admin tasks as requested
