Job description


The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager with the daily operations of the property, ensuring excellent resident service, efficient maintenance coordination, and well-maintained properties.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily property operations and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with residents and respond to questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and contractors.
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit preparation.
  • Follow up on rent collection and resident accounts as needed.
  • Conduct property inspections and report issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist the Property Manager with scheduling, communication, and other operational needs.
  • Help ensure company standards and policies are followed.


Qualifications

  • Property management or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
