Job description

Dinsmore is seeking a Project Assistant at our Los Angeles, CA location. The Project Assistant will be responsible for the successful organization, tracking and maintenance of various projects within the office with a focus on calendaring/docketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Legal Administrative Assistants with heavy calendaring/docketing deadlines
  • Prepare court document templates
  • Assist the office with various projects and miscellaneous requests
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Professional office experience preferred
  • Must have a high propensity for detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to follow instruction and take direction from the Legal Administrative Assistants
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced team/collaborative environment to problem-solve and implement process improvements
  • Flexible and adaptive to a dynamic work environment
