We are looking for a dependable Project Assistant to support daily site operations in Watsonville, California. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can stay alert, communicate clearly, and help maintain an organized and secure environment. The role focuses on monitoring parking activity, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and supporting project coordination as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee parking area activity to help ensure spaces are used by authorized visitors and customers only.
• Observe the site throughout the day and address routine parking concerns in a calm and attentive manner.
• Communicate clearly with visitors regarding parking guidelines and site expectations.
• Support project-related administrative work, including scanning documents and maintaining organized records.
• Assist with scheduling updates and timeline tracking to keep daily priorities on course.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare basic reports, enter information, and support team documentation.
• Escalate unusual incidents or safety concerns to the appropriate contact promptly.
• Help maintain a reliable on-site presence while following dress and safety expectations for the work environment.• Ability to manage timelines and stay organized while handling multiple day-to-day tasks.
• Comfortable supporting construction project coordination or site-based project activities.
