Job description

FlexStaff is hiring several Project Assistants for our client, for a 3 month temporary assignment in their New Hyde Park office. This position is Monday-Friday and you will be required to work 8:30am - 5:00pm fully on site. Hourly pay $25.00

As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of emails from customers with various inquiries about payments for a class action lawsuit.

The following skills will be required and asked during the interview process:

  • Are you able to interpret documentation?
  • Do you have an understanding how check processing works?
  • Do you have client service experience through email exchange?


Additional experience we will be looking for:

  • Legal background( such as a Paralegal certificate) is highly desirable.
  • 1-2 years working in an office environment such as a law firm, high volume call center, bank.
  • Retail/Server experience will not be considered for these roles.
