Acture Solutions is seeking an organized, customer-focused IT Project Assistant to join our growing Professional Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting technical teams, and helping deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. As an IT Project Assistant, you'll play a key role in coordinating project schedules, dispatching technical resources, maintaining project documentation, supporting equipment logistics, and ensuring projects remain organized and on track from kickoff through completion. This is an onsite, growth position supporting the continued expansion of our Professional Services team.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and documentation across multiple IT projects.
• Schedule and dispatch technical resources for project work and service calls.
• Coordinate equipment orders and deliveries with Finance, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and project records within CRM and PSA platforms.
• Prepare project kickoff documentation, meeting notes, and project status reports.
• Monitor project milestones and communicate updates with customers and internal teams.
• Manage company dispatch calendars and assist with scheduling across departments.
• Support Professional Services leadership with administrative and operational project coordination.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and project budget tracking.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Bring

• Minimum of two years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a related IT support role.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with CRM, PSA, or project management platforms.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

• CAPM certification or previous IT project coordination experience is a plus.
