Uses AI tools to review processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to enhance workflows. Assists in assessing training needs and helps communicate updates to new or revised processes. Develops and maintains documentation, including process flows, training materials, standard operating procedures, and project updates.
Supports business initiatives by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partners to help define processes and contribute to the development and delivery of products and services. Collaborates with other Business Analysts to gather information and support assigned projects and tasks.

What You'll Do:

  • Gathers information and data on business process and procedures
  • Reviews processes and recommends improvements to automate, streamline, and scale existing workflows
  • Receives/identifies problem or process, researches alternatives, contributes to presentations, tests to confirm, and participates in implementing solutions for defined business processes
  • Works with business partners to create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures
  • Generates standard reports, reviews and audits information
  • Leverages AI to generate standard reports
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of directly related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership audiences
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies to streamline processes, analyze information, generate content, and increase productivity highly preferred
  • Experience working within AI-enabled environments and utilizing AI tools to support business operations, end-user productivity, troubleshooting, and responsible AI adoption highly preferred
