Job description

Job Title Process Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Must have experience in Process Discovery and Process Mapping aligned to objectives such as Process Automation for transformation and to achieve process efficiency
Has experience conducting interviews and workshops with various stakeholders such as Process Owners Process Analysts to understand current process workflow process gaps and underlying applications systems
Should be able to develop process data such as volumetrics SLAs KPIs like TAT AHT Cost per Transaction etc
Establish current state process maps and identify areas for automation and process improvement
Create RACI mapped to KPIs and develop SIPOC
Establish ToBe Process and develop Target State Process Maps
Develop High Level Implementation Roadmap for identified automation opportunities and process improvements
Must have 6-8 years experience in Process Consulting Process Discovery
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is preferred
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with process mapping and documentation
Proven experience in Intelligent Automation and Contact Center Ops is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
