Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to support multiple divisions within a manufacturing organization. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across Production Engineering and other functional groups to analyze, improve, document, and standardize business processes.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, gathering information from multiple teams, developing process documentation and recommendations, and presenting findings to management. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions to understand current business processes and gather requirements.

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and document business processes, procedures, work instructions, and best practices.

  • Create process maps, flowcharts, and workflow diagrams using process mapping tools.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, align stakeholders, and drive process improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare process documentation and draft recommendations for leadership review and approval.

  • Develop training materials and support implementation of new or revised processes.

  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for affected teams.

  • Monitor implemented processes and evaluate effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance indicators.

  • Maintain process documentation and updates within a centralized repository.

  • Partner with multiple Production Engineering teams to support business and operational objectives.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.

  • Proven experience documenting business processes, procedures, and workflows.

  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles.

  • Experience creating process maps using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a large organizational environment.

  • Ability to prepare professional process documentation and management-level presentations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production engineering, automotive, or industrial operations environments.
