Lead administration and support of NICE WFM (IEX) to ensure accurate scheduling, system performance, and strong user experience, potential to move to Intradiem support.
Partner across Workforce Management, operations, and IT to support system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Manage day-to-day IEX administration (employee setup, skills, queues, schedules, exceptions)
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams/vendors
Support testing, validation, and implementation of system updates and enhancements
Handle intake requests, incidents, and support tickets through completion with clear communication
Partner with business teams to align system configuration with operational needs
Candidates for Sr Business Process Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Provide reporting, analysis, and insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Promote best practices and drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities
3+ years in Workforce Management or scheduling system administration
Hands-on experience with NICE WFM (IEX) configuration, maintenance, and support
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Experience analyzing data to identify trends and resolve issues
Ability to manage projects or cross-functional work independently
Experience with process improvement, automation, or project management
Tools like Tableau, SQL, SharePoint, or Visio
Experience in healthcare or large-scale operations
Intradiem experience (automation, real-time work management, or integration with WFM tools)

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
