Job Summary
The Senior Business Process Analyst provides expertise in gathering business rules, developing process design, and implementation of process solutions. The position collaborates with relevant departments to design process flows, create process change documentation, validates process change is in alignment with TriWest business needs and Veteran's Administration's Healthcare requirements. Facilitates meetings, identifies, collects, organizes and prioritizes process requirements and business processes changes to meet business requirements. Clarifies complex business issues and recommends solutions. Advocates business process improvement through data analysis, process change and technology application.
Education & Experience
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
โ€ข 3+ years in a Business Analyst role or related Process Improvement experience
โ€ข If supporting TRICARE contract, must be a U.S. Citizen
โ€ข If supporting TRICARE contract, must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
โ€ข Experience with driving moderate to complex projects
โ€ข Experience with process flow documentation and design
โ€ข Intermediate to advanced Excel and Visio skills
Preferred:
โ€ข 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or call center environment
โ€ข Experience in Tableau and SQL or other data management tools/languages
โ€ข PMP certification
