As a senior business process analyst, your responsibilities include identifying process and operations improvement opportunities by analyzing current business requirements and documenting existing processes and their performance. You work closely with management and business owners to determine their needs regarding people, technology, and information, and use Business Process Management (BPM) knowledge and technical skills to then recommend a new product or solution to their problem. Other duties include analyzing statistics and industry benchmarks for the development of proof to support your ideas and then managing the execution of your ideas. In this role, your goal is to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve the efficiency of operations.
