Business Analyst – Senior

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Tennessee (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract

Local Candidates Only: Tennessee Residents Preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the enhancement and maintenance of a healthcare reporting system. The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, gathering and documenting business requirements, managing Agile work items, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting healthcare system integrations.

The successful candidate will possess strong business analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience working in Agile environments and healthcare information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions.
  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful implementation.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate completed functionality against business requirements.
  • Support healthcare system integrations and implementation activities.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
  • Analyze production issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Promote continuous improvement of business processes and system functionality.
