Job description

Leidos has an immediate opportunity for a Business Process Manager in our National Security Sector's (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). The Business Process Manager will assist with the establishment of staffing & business process standards for a large engineering program and support day-to-day program execution activities to include coordinating business rhythms, vendor meetings, cross team activities, and program increment planning events. The Business Process Manager will also support internal and on-site actions for Leidos program employees and subcontractors to include onboarding, offboarding, daily ad hoc requirements, and security processing tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides program support to ensure efficient PMO operation, such as passing clearances, tracking and maintaining schedules, tracking program-related emails, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities

  • Reinforce security procedures and policies and verify facility accesses and incident reports

  • Submit and track account requests and status

  • Establish and maintain procedures, policies, standards of operation for program-wide business processes, and facilitate cross-team collaboration

  • Collect and analyze data in support of program, contract, customer metrics and data calls

  • Lead general operations management in support of unclassified and classified environments

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer systems and databases

  • Experience with SharePoint, Power Point, Outlook, and MS Office Suite of tools

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive working independently as well as part of a team

  • Demonstrated ability to respond to quick-turn deadlines and multi-tasking requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. Will consider years of experience in lieu of degree.

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with a polygraph
