Overview and Responsibilities
The process manager leads the design, optimization, and governance of end-to-end processes within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role ensures that global processes are standardized, well-controlled, technology-enabled, and continuously improved to support operational excellence and strategic business outcomes. The manager partners closely with regional teams, functional leaders, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality finance services across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for GBS-aligned processes (e.g., Finance, Media, etc.)
  • Define and maintain global process standards, policies, and documentation
  • Establish governance routines to monitor compliance, performance, and risk
  • Ensure alignment with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Process Optimization & Technology Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and eliminate defects
  • Lead automation and digitization initiatives using workflow tools, RPA, AI/ML, and ad tech integrations
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance tech platforms and reporting systems
  • Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics to measure process performance
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Benchmark processes against industry standards and best practices
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with GBS, IT, and functional leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable process solutions
  • Lead change efforts, including training and adoption support for global teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to GBS centers and business units on process execution and optimization
  • Collaboration & Operational Support
  • Provide subject matter expertise to tackle complex process issues and escalations
  • Support transitions, migrations, and stabilization of finance activities into GBS centers
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure systems and tools appropriately support process design and performance

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and internal controls
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle), automation tools (RPA, workflow platforms (i.e., ServiceNow and Salesforce), and/or AI/ML
  • Experience in a global business services or shared services environment
  • 7+ years of experience working in GBS processing, such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or process management

  • Experience in media operation processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willing to travel as needed
