Become a Key Player as a Program Manager, Business Process Management

You will lead cross-functional, operational initiatives that improve how the organization sells and enhances the customer experience. You’ll work with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, Platform Engineering, and business units to deliver platform enhancements, product launches, and process optimizations. This is a Hybrid role (3 days onsite), with a preference for the UT timezone/area.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Drive UAT and production validation preparedness and execution for new platform capabilities and product launches, coordinating with engineering, Q2C, and go-to-market teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed workback schedules to track key operational tasks throughout project lifecycles.
  • Build and maintain a UAT tracker and testing sprint schedule to plan resourcing around UAT needs.
  • Provide timely status updates, proactively identify roadblocks, and guide teams to resolution and next steps.
  • Define UAT scope and testing strategies in partnership with QA and product owners across projects of varying complexity.
  • Assess system and environmental readiness, including interdependencies with other initiatives.
  • Post-launch, identify and resolve process and system gaps affecting quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Support change management by preparing stakeholders for upcoming changes and ensuring smooth adoption.
  • Establish a consistent operating rhythm using repeatable frameworks and best practices for managing concurrent UATs.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Proven ability to drive work forward, solve problems, and lead projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and follow-through.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to shift priorities while maintaining execution rigor.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel and ramping quickly on new work items.
