Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $151,140 - $200,318.80 Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Senior Business Process Manager - Engineering to Manufacturing

The Senior Business Process Manager is responsible for endtoend ownership of engineeringtomanufacturing processes, with a strong emphasis on EBOM/mBOM governance, engineering change management, and realtime WIP visibility. The role ensures processes are standardized, scalable, and aligned across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.

  • Business Process Ownership (EBOM, mBOM and WIP): Leads the full lifecycle of process design, from current state assessment to implementation and stabilization. Ensures accurate EBOM-mBOM transitions and reliable WIP visibility to support production readiness and operational decisionmaking.
  • Enterprise BOM strategy and Governance: Owns the future state operating model for EBOM/mBOM structures, lifecycle management, change control, and traceability. Ensures accurate BOM governance enabling downstream execition and WIP transparency
  • WIP visibility Framework: Defines what WIP is tracked, when, at what granularity, and by whom. Aligns WIP visibility across engineering, manufacturing, inventory, and planning to ensure data is trusted and actionable.
  • Implementation Leadership: Serves as the business lead across blueprinting, build, test, deployment, and stabilization for all EBOM/mBOM/WIP related scope. Ensures WIP requirements are embedded into solution design. Identifies and drives resolution of resolution of risks impacting BOM integrity and visibility
  • System Integrator Partnership: Operates as the primary business counterpart to the System Integrator leads in a "two-in-a-box"model, while retaining business decision authority
  • Testing and Validation: Owns the testing strategy for EBOM/mBOM/WIP, including end to end scenario validation and UAT signoff
  • Change Management and Adoption: Leads stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, functional training amd reinforcement to ensure sustained adoption of new processes. Develops training content, material, and delivery approaches to support effective adoption across all impacted stakeholders
  • Cross Functional integration: Ensures seamless integration with material flow, inventory control, manufacturing execution, planning, costing and quality
  • Continuous Improvement and KPIs: Defines and tracks KPIs for BOM quality, change effectiveness, WIP accuracy, timelines, and operational throughput. Leads post implementation reviews and ongoing and ongoing improvements
  • Decision rights: Holds design and approval authority for future state processes, UAT outcomes and deployment readiness. Advises on scope and release sequencing
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with others.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • Proven strategic and technically strong crossfunctional leader with extensive experience in driving process excellence and partnering effectively across IT, engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a visionary architect for futurestate EBOM/mBOM and WIP processes, shaping direction and establishing strong governance.
  • Experienced handson implementation leader with a track record of ensuring new processes function reliably in realworld execution.
  • Recognized as a highimpact change agent with demonstrated success guiding teams through largescale transformation.
  • Experienced in aligning diverse stakeholders through clear, compelling communication of business value and intent ("the why").
  • Proven capability to navigate and resolve complex crossfunctional tradeoffs while maintaining enterprise alignment.
  • Demonstrated strength in driving sustained adoption of new processes, behaviors, and operating models.
  • Strong ability to proactively identify risks, remove barriers, and reinforce consistent, scalable ways of working.
  • Track record of ensuring transformation initiatives are fully embraced, embedded, and continuously improved across the organization.

  • Experience in a large (2+ billion-dollar revenue) B2B manufacturing company

Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of business process leadership in engineering/manufacturing environments
  • Expertise in EBOM, mBOM, WIP visibility, and related process design.
  • Experience leading businessled ERP/digital transformations including testing and change adoption.
  • Strong partnership skills with IT and System Integrators
  • Master's degree is preferred (MBA or Engineering Management)
