What You'll Be Owning

GRVTY is seeking a Business Process Manager with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Herndon, VA. As part of Sponsor's integrated ServiceNow delivery team, the Contractor Team shall provide development and process improvement support of Sponsor's Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) custom application suite and other Sponsor requirements on the enterprise and non-enterprise ServiceNow platforms.

What You Must Have

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
  • Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience,
  • Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.
  • Demonstrated experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach.
  • Demonstrated experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change & release management.
  • Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to the development under this request.

What Would Be Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or completion of requisite ServiceNow training for the certification.
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow application suites (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Business Management), developing Dashboards on ServiceNow, and using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow project management applications.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor's IT service providers.
  • Demonstrated experience advising Sponsor personnel on processes, practices, and policies that directly impact the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud architecture, including expertise beyond the Sponsor's legacy cloud environments.
