Job Title: Regional Business Process Expert Job Location: Hornell, NY Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: $100,000 – 110,000/year Duties: Work with the Americas Regional Business Process Experts Team and other business stakeholders to clearly understand dashboard, operations data reporting & automated data movement / retrieval / formatting tool requirements for every stream/métier. Determine, document, and communicate for developer use the design and data sources for required dashboards, reporting and automated data tools; ensure designed solutions meet scalability and security requirements. Develop and implement validation plans for required dashboards, reporting and automated data tools. Implement user rollout, support, and training for required dashboards, reporting and automated data tools. Ensure required training documentation is current and available throughout the region. Consolidate requirements and identify common solutions; ensure common solutions maximize consistency, efficiency, reuse, and alignment with future needs; allow for needed configurability. Recognize and ensure best practices for required dashboards, reporting and automated data tools, including data integrity, accuracy, and reliability, as well as documentation. Coordinate with other team members to ensure the best technical tools and solutions. Ensure solutions are sustainable over time while minimizing required support. Ensure effective communication through meetings, Q&A database, SharePoint, Teams, etc. Identify, request, and facilitate needed Change Requests, Service Requests, and Incident resolutions. Complete other assignments as assigned by the Americas Regional Business Process Experts Team Leader. Shift work hours as needed to ensure productive results with offshore teams. * May telecommute.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science and Technology, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Regional Business Process Expert-related occupation.
