Job description

Sr. Process Analyst - Consultant
The Sr. Process Analyst is responsible for leading or beingpart of a cross-functional team that is focused on analyzing,understanding, documenting, and improving businessprocesses. The Sr. Process Analyst will lead and direct the process teamthrough current state analysis, future state design, and the development andimplementation of the new business process. During the current stateanalysis and future state design, the process team will be capturing anddeveloping Level II process models and business requirements. During thedevelopment and implementation of the future state process, the process teamwill be responsible for developing Methods and Procedures (M&Ps), JobAides, and Training Material. The process team will also be responsiblefor coordinating any User Acceptance Testing and delivering required trainingto the business.
This Sr. Process Analyst role will require strong projectmanagement, leadership, and communication skills. This individual will bepartnering with subject matter experts across the client's organization (Sales,Revenue Management, IT, Operations, Finance/Accounting,) to developimprovements that result in sustainable cost reduction, revenue generation orbest practices.
The role of Sr. Business Process Analyst is a contract position,offers competitive compensation and may require weekly travel. Travel expenses will be reimbursed bycompany. Applicants based in Atlanta orthe Southeast are preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 7 years business analyst/process experience in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
  • Visio experience a must

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate business process review and design sessions
  • Accountable for the development of accurate Level II processes and business requirements
  • Analyze project requirements, business processes, and key business drivers to develop effective future state business processes
  • Interact with impacted business areas to ensure accuracy and quality of future state processes being developed
  • Identification and resolution of project issues and risks
  • Coordination of the development of M&Ps, job aides, and training material
  • Coordination of user acceptance testing and the delivery of training
  • Develop project plans and use project management skills appropriately to ensure timely delivery of customer solutions
  • Resolve or facilitate resolution of inter-application, inter-business group issues in order to ensure appropriate and timely solutions
  • Demonstrate inter-application, inter-business group perspective
  • Work with peers to coordinate inter-dependent activities
  • Apply industry knowledge in solving business problems
  • Facilitate team activities toward the achievement of the desired outcome while considering results, processes, and relationships
  • Liaison between various business functions as required
