The position is for a Business Process Analyst and focuses on reengineering existing solutions into performance-based IT services and repeatable solutions. Our team is looking for experience supporting a cloud-based, large-scale enterprise with multiple applications and integrating new technologies to optimize efficiency and improve performance.**This government position REQUIRES US Citizenship and to be in Ashburn, VA, twice a week**Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the analysis and documentation of complex as-is and to-be functionality across multiple applications and business domainsEnsure a team of 15 meets the documented requirements in implementing a workflow and rules-based solution integrating various components, subsystems, or processes using the Agile MethodologyAnalyze current processes to formulate and develop new and modified software-based to-be solutions and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Regularly employ ingenuity and creativity to develop new solutions and systems to achieve functional objectivesCommunicate with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members. May communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors, etc.).
