Role and responsibilities
This Co-Op reports to the Manager of the US Development & Engineering (D&E) Business Planning team. Through effective collaboration and innovation, the team supports the Wilton R&D community with strategic and logistical tools to achieve optimized processes amidst changing business needs. We are currently searching for a highly motivated, self-starter who can help our team provide effective coordination and analysis.
As a Co-op Business Process Analyst, your responsibilities include:
Roles and responsibilities
  • Lead & support application development to enable automated workflows.

  • Develop dashboards that support storytelling and clear decision-making.

  • Integrate data from several internal sources into consistent and accessible reports.

  • Clean, transform, and validate data to safeguard quality and reliability.

  • Document process workflows and data reporting steps for transparency and reuse.

  • Collaborate with your mentor and stakeholders to translate needs into analytics.

  • Contribute to cross-functional discussions on data interpretation and usage.

  • Explore opportunities to improve existing analyses or application designs.

  • Drive, facilitate, and evaluate various non-product planning needs.

  • Specify and maintain business planning data sources, procedures and guidelines; Ensure data integrity and effective data management practices.

  • Model the impacts of a variety of business decisions, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and develop reporting to communicate results.

  • Provide guidance to D&E stakeholders around standard process and proactively develop continuous improvement strategies.

  • Contribute to the team by living the 3Cs (challenge, collaborate, care) and building a sustaining function.

Education and experience
  • Pursing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology or Computer Science with minimum 2 years completed (Must be a current student and pursuing a degree)
  • Experience building and maintaining PowerBI reports and PowerApp Applications or similar reporting and low code platforms.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience within matrix organizations or technical/engineering environments
  • Process development, execution and management knowledge
  • Proficiency (expert) in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power BI, Spotfire
  • Ability to solve problems and implement solutions to complex problems with available resources
  • Attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills - written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and flexible to changing priorities and project needs

The essential job functions for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Work in a fast-paced office environment, including working in a standing or seated position for long periods sometimes exceeding 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Commute to ASML's facility and report to work on a regular and timely basis and complete the scheduled workday on a consistent basis
  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to finger, handle and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch
  • Occasionally required to move around the campus
  • Perform office tasks using simple hand grasping, fine hand manipulation and reach associated with assigned tasks such as paperwork, computer keyboarding (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), filing, calculating and use of telephone or other handheld electronic devices, continuously sometimes exceeding 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
  • Have a sufficient ability to communicate, through sight, hearing and/or otherwise, to perform assigned tasks and maintain proper job safety conditions
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
