Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support business operations, financial tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience working with business stakeholders, and the ability to transform data into meaningful insights. This role requires expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, governance processes, and executive-level reporting.

The Business Analyst will work closely with business leaders, finance teams, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, develop reports, and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Perform data analysis and financial tracking to support business decisions.

  • Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations.
