Duties
‱ Facilitate cross-functional process workflow modeling which will be the basis for process improvements.
‱ Develop process documentation/workflows outlining current state and future state.
‱ Identify key processes, process flows, information requirements, decision points or criteria to improve visibility and transparency. Document processes, and standard operating procedures as needed.
‱ Create visual displays for data analysis and presentation.
Qualifications - Experience
‱ Experience in business process re-engineering, requirements definition, process analysis and design, workflow analysis, root cause analysis, and developing As-Is and To-Be business processes.
‱ Background in utilities, construction, or field-related engineering a plus.
‱ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate small and large group workshops effectively.
‱ Ability to build consensus and to work through others in achieving desired results and objectives.
‱ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and to freely give and receive feedback.
‱ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community.
‱ Experience with Lean and Six Sigma a plus.
