Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our Business Performance Improvement (BPI) team. This role serves as a strategic partner across finance, operations, HR, and other cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide efficiency, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and stakeholder leadership to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define reporting requirements and build dashboards that translate data into actionable insights. Analyze data flows to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Support and contribute to enterprise initiatives, including integrations and transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
  • Partner with finance and operations to support audit initiatives, including fixed asset verification and internal control validation.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting processes and documentation management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Identify, scope, and lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine processes, procedures, and work instructions to improve consistency, scalability, and performance.
  • Validate end-to-end process accuracy, support system implementations and enhancements, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintain clear process documentation.
  • Perform all activities in accordance with the Company's Mission, Vision and Values, and in compliance with the Company's policies, procedures, and Code of Ethical Business Conduct.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or continuous improvement roles
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle)
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution capabilities.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
