• Apply advanced technical knowledge to analyze complex business processes and transform them into efficient system solutions that improve operational reliability and performance for diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Perform detailed business analysis to understand requirements, identify gaps, and document specifications that enable accurate implementation of technology solutions aligned with strategic organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive planning documents that define scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs for initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and predictable delivery outcomes for assigned projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a work-from-office environment to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and refine solution designs, ensuring implemented changes support business continuity and scalability.
• Translate business objectives into clear technical tasks and user stories, enabling development and operations teams to execute effectively and deliver measurable value within agreed timelines.
• Review existing systems and workflows to identify optimization opportunities, recommending enhancements that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and support the long-term sustainability of business operations.
• Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes by evaluating risks and dependencies to ensure technical solutions remain stable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards and industry expectations.
• Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, reviewing results, and validating that implemented solutions meet documented business requirements and deliver expected outcomes without disrupting day-to-day operations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and operating procedures while performing technical and analytical responsibilities, supporting quality objectives and audit readiness.
• Provide domain and system expertise during planning and strategy discussions, helping business stakeholders evaluate alternatives and select solutions that deliver sustainable business value.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 11 to 12 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise.
• Knowledge of Open Systems, Java, and Cloud technologies is required.
